Hudson Group Wins AccuStore Scan in NRF Booth
Other retailers’ pain points featured in survey & random drawing
CLEARWATER, Fla., Feb. 22, 2024 – AccuStore, a GSP company, recently returned from the National Retail Federation’s “Big Show,” held in New York City’s Jacob Javits Center in January. As part of an outreach, AccuStore conducted a very unscientific survey of booth visitors regarding their “retail pain points.”
To respond, visitors filled out response cards and placed their entries in a plexiglass box. One card was drawn at random. The survey focused on site surveys, retail execution and store profiles. The Top 3 pain points in the survey included:
- “I have changes that have happened in my stores, but I don’t want to disrupt my associates from serving customers”
- “I want to better understand my stores & know my teams have executed key initiatives.”
- “I wish I had data I can trust. Fixture counts, store measurements, sign types & quantities in each store.”
“While we recognize that it wasn’t an entirely scientific survey, we certainly appreciate the participants’ input,” said Jamie Banks, Director of Business Development for AccuStore. “We look forward to working with the Hudson Group on their virtual store walkthrough scan to see what data it reveals.”
