CHALLENGE
The Reid Group, which is the parent company of Crosby’s Convenience Stores in Buffalo, NY, has an extraordinary situation. As they approached their centenary of being in business, they realized it was time to update their brand. They chose GSP to help them update stores.
SOLUTION
GSP studied Crosby’s brand attributes and incorporated an AccuStore 3D survey to create a Virtual Store Walkthrough of the legacy location. Project managers leveraged the data to plan the project, while the design team considered branding, visual merchandising, and décor for the space. The Virtual Store Walkthrough data also helped determine the optimal placements of digital displays in-store and outdoors for the drive-thru window customers. The AccuStore digital marketing solution platform streamlined print promotions with screen promotions both in-store and at the drive-thru.
RESULTS
Virtual Store Walkthrough saved money in planning the rebranding and renovations. AccuStore’s digital marketing solution provided seamless transaction confirmations for motorists in the drive-thru lane.
