CHALLENGE

LendNation, a consumer finance company with 325+ locations in 14 states, provides their services to a diverse range of communities. Their stores each have unique footprints from strip malls to free standing units. Each store has unique POP needs for promotional cadence, while each state has their own state mandated display requirements for providing consumer lending services. When there are a lot of stores across multiple states, with each state having unique mandated messaging, this creates confusion for design and production. Plus, serving customers in multiple states requires approval from different area managers to ensure these requirements are met. There is no “one size fits all” sign program that works efficiently for LendNation.

SOLUTION

AccuStore leverages cloud-based store profiles to provide a single-source of truth for which POP is appropriate in each store. Area managers from LendNation access the store portal for their orders. The store portal only presents content that is appropriate for the store they’re ordering for.

Also, AccuStore’s tiered approval system streamlines the production and approval process, making sure the marketing materials are approved by the appropriate managers. This improves speed-to-market and helps ensure the marketing materials reach the store on time.

In 2020, GSP acquired Custom Color in Lenexa, KS. The company supplies printed graphics to leading retailers. Custom Color’s stellar quality in fabric printing also aligns with GSP’s values.
